BIO
Bailey Keogh (USA) is an artist who works across acid etchings on stainless steel, leather and video. Her practice is rooted misinformation, disinformation and media literacy, often combining intimacy and critique to challenge how narratives are constructed and consumed. She lives and works in Berlin.
Keogh has exhibited internationally at Museum für Fotografie (Germany), Art Basel Miami, Torrance Art Museum (USA), Alicante Museum of Contemporary Art (Spain), Center for Contemporary and Experimental Art (Armenia), Fluxus Museum (Greece) and during Transmediale/CTM.
In 2026, Keogh received a Diplom in Fine Art, equivalent to an MFA, from the Universität der Künste Berlin, where she studied in the class of Prof. Monica Bonvicini.

STATEMENT
Bailey Keogh’s work exists in the unstable space between reality and simulation, between trust and deception. Working across video, metal etchings, and performance she explores our sense of truth, identity, and intimacy.
Her aesthetic is informed by contradiction, at once soft and hard, intimate and constructed which is born not from academic distance but from care. She often draws on the language of misinformation, disinformation and media literacy to question what we believe and why.
Keogh’s practice is deeply critical yet sensorial: she doesn’t just analyze systems of belief, she builds immersive environments that destabilize them. In doing so, she invites audiences to confront their own complicity, biases, and desires within media-saturated life.
